This week’s 5 Ingredient Friday is inspired by the huge amounts of Yellow Seedless Watermelon in my refrigerator/freezer! What’s a better way to use up some Watermelon than to make a Watermelon Daiquiri? It’s super easy to do, and they are ready in no time. I like to use frozen Watermelon so that I can avoid using ice cubes that will water it down a little. But if you don’t have time to let your Watermelon sit in the freezer for a bit then you can add in some ice cubes.

- 3 cups of frozen Watermelon (I used Yellow Watermelon because I had a lot of it)
- 2 ounces of Cruzan Rum
- 1 ounce of Jose Cuervo Tequila
- the juice of 1 lime
- 2 Tablespoons of Powdered Sugar (more if you like yours extra sweet)

Put the Cruzan Rum, Jose Cuervo Tequila, and the juice of 1 lime in a blender. Add in the 3 cups of frozen Watermelon. Blend until it’s well combined. Add in the Powdered Sugar and blend until frothy. Serve.
What’s your favorite Daiquiri flavor?
